Add Equipment Or Services To Your Reservation

Additional equipment and services can be added to reservations. Equipment cannot be used outside of the Union Building.

  • Additional tables are placed in the following areas and are in addition to tables in meeting rooms:

    • Outside the Union
    • Ballroom Corridor
    • Lobby
    • Mezzanine
    • Union Recreation
    • 4th Floor Landing outside Crimson View/Panorama East

    $5/table - All Categories

  • Transform your event by using our 24-foot-wide LED video wall. Show off exciting videos, share your messages with the event audience, and more.

    $100/event - All Categories

  • Add 6 moving spotlights and moving wash lights to completely transform the ballroom space and provide your events with a polished, sophisticated coordinated light show. You can program the moving heads lighting ahead of time, forget about them, and enjoy your event, or hire a Union Event Manager to adjust them during an event as the mood dictates.

    $150/event - All Categories

  • There is always a Building Manager on duty to provide building security, but if you need more security, Campus Police can be available for your event.

    $75/hour (with a minimum of 2 police, 4 hours minimum) - All Categories

  • A cleaning fee is applied to a room with excess spills or large messes.

    $100 minimum - All Categories

  • A comfortable couch can be placed on the stage for interviews or guest speakers.

    $10 - All Categories

  • There is always a Building Manager on duty for basic A/V support and event setup, but for an additional fee, extra managers with more technical training can be available and can be required for larger events.

    $35/hour/manager - Categories A & B

    $60/hour/manager - Categories C & D

  • We can extend the building's hours for late or early events.

    $35/hour - Category A

    $60/hour - Category B, C, & D

  • For groups that use the Food Court seating as a catered dining space, a fee is applied to maintain the space.

    $300 fee - All Categories

  • Use the OWL webcam and microphone to help with hybrid or virtual meetings.

    $25 - All Categories

  • Indoor backup option due to bad weather.

    Half price if not used - All Categories

    Full price if used - All Categories

     

  • Information tables to recruit members, advocate various issues, fund-raise for an on-campus department, club organization, or promote programs and services.

    $5 - Categories B, C, & D

    Free - Category A

  • Only available in Crimson View.

    $3,000 minimum - All Categories

  • A comfortable lounge chair can be placed on stage for interviews or guest speakers.

    $10 - All Categories

  • Each room comes with one free microphone.

    Additional microphones are $25 each - All Categories

  • We can open the building on a day we would normally be closed.

    $500/day - All Categories

  • Add a popcorn machine to your event.

    Free - Category A

    $25 for the machine - Category B, C, D

    $5 for each bag of popcorn - Category B, C, D

  • Portable TVs with HDMI connections.

    $25 each - All Categories

  • Portable speakers can be added to a room or space without one normally installed.

    $25 - All Categories

  • Solicitation tables are available for advertising, order taking, and/or sales of consumer services.

    $125/day - All Categories

  • Monitor speakers can be added to a stage.

    $10 - All Categories

  • 4' x 8' staging and 6' x 8' risers are available.

    $25/stage or riser - All Categories

  • Event planners can book out a room the day prior to an event for setup for an additional 1-day room rate charge.

  • Vendor Tables are available for sales of consumer goods. Goods must be sold directly off the table.
