  • *Cancellation fees apply to events canceled less than 90 days prior to the start of an event in the Ballrooms, Saltair, Crimson View, Parlor A, Panorama East, Collegiate, & Den.
  • *Cancellation fees are equal to room rental fees.

Meetings or events reserved and coordinated by students or student organizations not collecting revenue associated with their event.

Meetings or events reserved and coordinated by university departments, organizations, and staff not collecting revenue associated with their event.

Students, student organizations, university departments, organizations, and staff collecting revenue associated with their event (Tax-Exempt, State/Federal Government, Public Schools, Alumni).
