- Events requiring more than 80 tables will be charged $5 for each additional table.
- *Cancellation fees apply to events canceled less than 30 days prior to the start of an event in the Ballrooms, Saltair, Crimson View, Parlor A, Panorama East, Collegiate, & Den.
- *Cancellation fees are equal to room rental fees.
