The University of Utah’s Catering and Dining Services are the University’s premier food specialists and the exclusive caterer for the A. Ray Olpin University Union building. If you would like to request an exemption to use a different catering provider, please fill out the form below.

Catering Exemption Request Form

The University of Utah has granted Chartwells (University of Utah Dining Services), as an independent contractor the rights to manage the University of Utah's catering service. Chartwells has exclusive catering rights in the A. Ray Olpin Student Union building and as such, any other food service providers must be granted an exemption to cater in the A.
